Passengers must present valid photo identification prior to boarding any allvacationtrip vessel. All guests must obey safety protocols communicated by the ship captain and crew.

Passengers are responsible for:

✓ Arriving on time: Boarding closes 20 minutes before departure
✓ Following instructions: All crew directions must be followed for safety
✓ Behavioral standards: Respectful conduct towards crew and fellow passengers is required
✓ Health declaration: Passengers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their safety at sea

2. WEATHER & ITINERARY CHANGES

Sea routes are dependent on sea weather, wind conditions, and maritime safety alerts. allvacationtrip reserves the right to adapt routes or adjust departure times for safety.

In the event of itinerary changes:

✓ Alternative routes: We will make every effort to provide a comparable experience
✓ Safety first: All route decisions prioritize passenger and crew safety
✓ Communication: Passengers will be notified of any changes as early as possible

3. PASSENGER CONDUCT

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we require that all passengers:

✓ Respect the vessel: No damage to equipment or facilities
✓ Refrain from smoking: Designated smoking areas only
✓ No illegal substances: Strictly prohibited on board
✓ No diving or swimming: Unless authorized by the crew at designated stops

4. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

allvacationtrip carries comprehensive maritime insurance and liability coverage. However, passengers are advised to obtain their own travel insurance for personal belongings and medical emergencies.

allvacationtrip is not liable for:

✓ Personal injury: Due to non-compliance with safety protocols
✓ Lost or stolen items: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings
✓ Third-party incidents: Beyond the vessel and crew

5. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

1. CANCELLATION BY PASSENGER

Cancellations submitted 48 hours or more prior to departure are eligible for a 100% full refund or trip transfer credit. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% trip credit.

The cancellation timeline is as follows:

✓ 48+ hours before departure: 100% refund or full credit
✓ 24-48 hours before departure: 50% trip credit
✓ Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund or credit

2. CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER

If a trip is canceled by allvacationtrip due to rough weather or coast guard restrictions, guests automatically receive a 100% full refund or free rebooking option. Our priority is passenger safety, and we will never operate in unsafe conditions.

In the event of weather-related cancellations:

✓ Full refund: Processed within 5-7 business days
✓ Free rebooking: Flexible options for future dates
✓ Communication: All guests notified promptly of any cancellations

3. CANCELLATION BY allvacationtrip

In rare circumstances, allvacationtrip may need to cancel a voyage due to mechanical issues, crew emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

✓ Full refund: All passengers receive a 100% refund
✓ Alternative options: Rebooking at no extra cost
✓ Complimentary upgrade: Priority booking for future voyages

4. REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. For credit card payments, processing times may vary depending on your bank.
